How it works

Portoformia is a delivery, routing, management and collaboration platform for your monthly proforma output. Billers, secretaries, and attorneys are now connected without paper, turning the arduous and complex prebill approval process into a tightly integrated operation.

Your proformas are parsed by attorney and delivered to their PC or iPad. Built-in editing tools are available to markup as well as approve including the ability to mass approve multiple proformas at one time. All users in the routing list can share a proforma and make comments.  

Portoformia’s controlled ecosystem tracks the lifecycle of all proformas so there is never a question of version number or where a proforma is in the approval cycle. Think of us as a traffic cop at every point of interaction. A history of each change or movement in the approval cycle eliminates guess work and annoying email chatter.  

Portoformia is offered in two different flavors. In June, we released Portoformia Lite which includes all the features of Portoformia, but without the editing tool. For firms that are only looking to reduce the friction of sending ad hoc PDF prebills via email, Portoformia Lite is an inexpensive alternative.
